them in stock and can post them out. Don't buy one too strong to begin with, you

DVDS USING THE FOAM ROLLER, TRAMPOLINE OR FITNESS CIRCLE
Its pretty easy to buy a mini tramoline these days, but check and shop around
for good quality, dont skimp on it. Foam Rollers can be found on the internet,
the size you generally require is 15cm x 90cm long, so that you can lay your
spine/head full length on the roller. If you have any problems getting one, do
eamil me, I usually have some in stock. The Fitness Cirlces are also easily
bought.

intensive cardio with core matwork, 25 exercises using a mini trampoline and
weighted balls, but you could subsitute anything of equal weight, a couple of
