Body Control The Pilates Way DVD

This follows the line of the first Body Control Book, so a really comprehensive introdcution to Pilates principles and how to work effectively.  Once you have mastered this you will want to try something more challenging.  But never underestimate
learning the basics.  Your exercise regime should be effortless effort if you want to attain the long lean look, not bulk! This is the way to do it.

The instructions are clear and concise,  Lynn is talking throughout the  video, constantly checking and correcting. Beginners,  intemediates and  advanced exercises to suit all levels. There are lots of new  exercises, some quite challenging for those with pilates experience and also a  back to basics  section at the end.  Its a good DVD as back up at home if you are attending classes.

This would be an excellent start to Pilates as there are a series of mini routines and you have to pause the DVD whilst you
