Paula and I have worked together for 10 years and as well as being an excellent Pilates teacher, she is also a Remedial Massage Therapist.  

Paula was the  offical therapist for Northampton Saints, in the days of Matt Dawson, Ben Cohen  and friends and travelled with the team to all matches and during training.  

She has worked at one of Northampton's leading physiotherapy practices,  Witty Pask and Buckingham and also works from our Studio.

Karen and Diana have known each other for many years and Diana helps out with the huge amount of admin involved in running 24 classes a  week with some 300 clients, however her other job is beauty therapy and massage.  

Diana does the best manicure and pedicure for miles, however she is also a No
Hands Massage Therapist and its a great treatment for stressed bodies.
