Starting Out With Pilates
We have classes on our timetable that are 'beginner friendly' and we have short courses and workshops through the year to give you a taster of what we do.
All our classes are hands on and every session is geared towards improving posture, alignment and undoing a day at the keyboard/steering wheel/desk/small person - delete as applicable.
Help & Support
Along with your weekly mat classes you'll also have access to tutorial videos in our online foundation-members area. To compliment your time in the studio you can workout at home with dedicated weekly beginner routines.
