From infants to children to adults our movement patterns are formed. Learning to walk we failed all the time, but thankfully we never gave up and kept trying and then one day..we took our first step and we carried on.
So many people give up at exercise because it’s challenging. Thank goodness we didn’t give up at learning to walk!
The stuff that’s challenging is the thing that will change your body…for the better, so keep hold of that thought.
