As a keen runner, Emily began practicing Pilates as part of her half marathon training and quickly became hooked.  

Seeing tangible improvements to her core strength, stamina and a decrease in running related injuries she added Pilates to her repertoire of fitness teaching in 2014. Emily enjoys seeing her clients grow in confidence and ability as they develop a shared understanding of the benefits of precise and mindful movement.

She likes to use props in her classes at the Northampton studio such as the foam roller and small ball to offer challenge and progression and is also Reformer qualified.
