Revitalise your body and clear your mind.
This is a total zen session of movement and release. Using props to help and support you, the class is focussed on opening up the joints and releasing tension in muscles. The focus on the breath to facilitate this is key.
Relax and Restore
With the Pilates principles in mind, this class uses stretches with longer holds to allow not only the muscles to relax but deeper also the connective tissue of the body. Using the mind to move into the body and create a calming connection allowing the body to move and release. At the end of the class you will finish with a deep relaxation.

WHAT TO WEAR..an important note. Wear clothes that don't leave you exposed like loose tops, or really baggy shorts.

Matwork and Specialised Classes £10 (one hour)
Book one session at a time or purchase class bundles to use over the holiday. Just for this summer break, buy 4 Mat or Special class credits and get a 5th for FREE!
Check out our Online Schedule below to book this and other classes, see our other Summer offerings. Move to calendar weeks July 24th, on to August 19th. Choose a class then buy yourself a class credit, or a whole package. Credits must be used by August 19th, (they don't carry over to the next term) you can cancel out of a class with 24 hours notice. If we have to cancel a class we will credit your online account so you can book another session.
