We're moving online!

Obviously, while we’re in the grip of Covid-19 we cannot run our hands-on group exercise classes without increasing the risk of infection and putting vulnerable people in danger. We are already moving our regular classes online and have created a new online membership package so our clients can reserve their normal weekly class, in the cloud!

As soon as we have a smooth system and are happy that we can teach to our regular high standard with at least a portion of the personal attention you’d normally get then, we will open these classes to the wider public. The plan for the near future is to set up online beginner classes so you can learn the Pilates basics at a steady pace. The Pilates classes are being hosted on Zoom so you can hear your teacher’s instructions and they can offer visual feedback still. We can still correct posture, refine your technique and make sure you’re not slipping into effective or potentially risky alignment while you exercise

As more and more of us go into lock down and have to work from home, it’s going to become far more important that you exercise and mobilise your body. We don’t want to come out of this situation as a society, stiff and aching with muscle mass depleted. And so, wherever possible, take active and keep your body moving, even if that’s just walks around the garden!
