Northants Pilates

We have been teaching  Pilates in Northamptonshire since 1997. Small classes, hands on tuition with unrivalled teachers. Experienced teachers for those with chronic pain, low back pain, poor posture right through to professional sports people (well we've been based at the County Cricket since 1999!)  

Whatever your level of fitness (or lack of)  we have the right class for you. Classes are kept small as we want the whole experience to be tailored to every client's needs. We can ensure our lesson structure addresses each individual within a group class. This is why our clients come back year after year for 21 years!

We have a choice of 4 venues, for regular weekly classes and flexible private tuition. We run a variety of Mat classes, for those wanting to achieve better joint health, improve posture, increase body awareness and not least...a strong core.

What is Pilates?

We could send you to sleep with the myriad of ways to try and describe Pilates, its origins and where it is now. Here is a brief history. A guy called Joe Pilates was born in Germany (1883) with poor health as a child  (rickets, asthma) and so grew up obsessed with getting himself fit! .
