Uber Core with Foam Rollers & Wobble Cushions

Let's work your core every which way possible, and have some good silly fun! This is a props Pilates class using long foam rollers and stability discs.

Your core is very important in everything we do and all our classes exercise your core. But we'll take it up a notch today using foam rollers and wobble cushions to make regular core work that much harder. There are also unique core stability exercises that are only possible using these props.

Come and test your core control, your coordination and your balance. And along the way, have a giggle!
