Online Uber Core with Foam Rollers & Wobble Cushions

Let's work your core every which way possible, and have some good silly fun! This is a props Pilates class. If Online you'll need: a foam roller or a long rolled up towel. And a wobble cushion/stability disc.

Your core is very important in everything we do and all our classes exercise your core. But we'll take it up a notch today using foam rollers and wobble cushions to make regular core work that much harder. There are also unique core stability exercises that are only possible using these props.

Come and test your core control, your coordination and your balance. And along the way, have a giggle!

Before joining, make sure:
- You have a space to exercise in, and lay down in.
- If you're not on carpet, have a grippy mat or rug so your back and knees will be comfortable.
- Have a good spot you can position your phone/tablet so that we can check posture and alignment.

What do you need: You will need a laptop, tablet or phone with decent webcam. A decent internet connection and space to comfortably move in. It’s best if you have a laptop or tablet so you can see us demonstrating exercises. We have a guide on how to prepare for online classes here
