In this Reformer Favourites class you get to do only things you love on the Reformer. All the fan favourite exercises that make people sign with relief and joy, rather than grumble and glare at the teacher :D

Reformer Pilates is usually quite challenging because you’re working against resistance. However, a clever teacher can use that to create nice movements that refresh joints and allow you to move in ways you can’t normally. You’ll still get a workout still, but you probably won’t even notice because you’ll be enjoying yourself too much.
