Reformer Stretch & Flexibility

Not suitable: for acute back, leg or shoulder injuries. Not suitable if you are pregnant or struggle with hypermobility.

The Pilates Reformer is a great resistance training machine. But you can also use it's resistance and unique construction to do loads of really good deep stretches too.

This Reformer class is open to everyone, whether you've done Reformer before or not. As long as you have a will and desire to stretch, come along. We'll gently exercise you to warm up muscle then give it a good stretch. We'll slowly open up stiff joints and just have a thoroughly lovely time!
