Beginner Friendly Reformer

Monday, July 20th at 7:00AM AT THE CRICKET GROUND

Using Springs for resistance the Pilates Reformer is a unique resistance training machine. The likes of Cristiano Ronaldo use it to strengthen their limbs, improve flexibility and improve their core control. It's an incredibly versatile machine though, and you can work your body in so many fun ways.

To help beginners settle in, this beginner friendly class keeps the exercises a little simpler. That way you can get moving and have a great workout without worrying about too much technical jargon. 

You will get to know the machine though, and get a feel for the different levels of challenge you can experience. Then if you want to continue on in our regular classes you know what you're doing and you have an idea of where you can push yourself. You Reformer is all about getting stronger, more flexible and more coordinated and we can give you a steady progression.
