Definitely NOT for the injured. This class is for those who want a workout with pace and flow. Feel the effects of this class even after you’ve left the Studio
You’ll be working against heavy resistance springs, testing your strength and muscle endurance. So you’re going to feel this long after, as your body adapts to become stronger and more flexible. Our teachers will be guiding you to make sure you still exercise precisely too.
This is best for people with some Reformer experience already, so you get the most out of the workout.
