Emma recently took part in one of our NP Health Webinars, Eating for Bone Health with great feedback from everyone attending. She is a natural educator and the time flew by. As a trained chef turned nutritional therapist, she was the perfect person to help us with foods to support our bones as we get older. She has two books available to buy , The Happy Hormone Cookbook and the Bone Broth Bible. She also runs workshops and retreats that are fun ways to make better choices with what we choose to eat.
