Massage and Mobilise

Not suitable: for acute injuries or backpain. Suitable: for beginners. This is a props class, if online you will need: Prickle balls, foam roller, rolled up towels.
In this class we will combine self massage with gentle exercise. Focusing on the lower back, hips and shoulders in the hope we can get things moving a little more freely and shrug off some tension. Just massage and just stretching can't always loosen off stubbornly tight areas. But a combination of exercise to warm muscle, massage and gradual stretching can work wonders.
So come and enjoy a bit of active relaxation. Elements of the class will be a little challenging and the self massage may at times be intense but we'll make sure to ease things back before the end.
