Relaxation and Mindfulness Class

Move your way into relaxation. You can enjoy a relaxed hour-long class and still exercise. Using precise movement, gentle massage and stretching we will try to mobilise stiff joints, ease muscle tension and get your brain and body properly connected.
This is not a high intensity class, in fact we will do everything we can to relax and ease stress. So we won’t be improving your cardio or building muscle strength. But the supple joints and increased body awareness from this sort of mindful Pilates can still aid your other physical hobbies.
Drop other distractions and stresses as you just focus on your body. Deepen your breath and learn how good breathing can help you engage your deep abdominals much more; that’s your core!
The class will also end with a relaxation period. Please bring a blanket if you wish.
