Rushden Mat Pilates

Our signature Pilates class. In our Core classes we will mobilise your spines and stimulate all the important muscles that may have gone to sleep in daily life. Particularly good if you have a very sedentary job/life or at the other end of the spectrum you have a very physically demanding job and need to wind down and look after your aches and pains. We'll make your hip, core and back work while stretching and easing out tight shoulders and stiff lower-backs.
